Turns out that the sediments in ale (also called brewer's yeast) are a bacteria-eating tour de force packed with nutrients like riboflavin, panthothenic acid, biotin, and lots of B vitamins. Which is to say, malty soap is really good at clearing up acne and red splotches left by ingrown hairs, chilling out the symptoms of dermatitis and eczema, and maintaining balanced oil levels in your skin.
