WHAT IS REFILL ROAD?
Refill Road is a passionate store who want to help you on your way towards a zero waste lifestyle. We care a lot about the environment so we are manufacturing, sourcing and selling items which we think will make a difference.
We want you to be able to easily obtain good, healthy, simple, clever items which don't cost you a fortune and which have the smallest possible impact on the environment.
We try to minimize our own waste every step of the way. To do this we request all of our suppliers not to package any goods in single use plastic as our goal is to reduce plastic use as far as we can.
In our pop up stores you will find the same products that we carry online, as well as bulk. You can also bring your own container for refills.

DOES REFILL ROAD HAVE THEIR OWN BRAND?
Yes, we take big pride of having our own handcrafted products with 100% pure botanicals ingredients. Each product has not only been meticulously formulated to have a purpose for you, but also to help our environment.
Our brand is made in Vancouver in small batches, using only natural and chemical free ingredients.
DO YOU REFILL (BULK PRODUCTS ) ONLINE?
Yes, Please send us an email and we can get you set up into our delivery service within the city limits. Meanwhile, our bulk section is also available online at at the store.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to making beautiful and natural products that we hope you will love from the first time you see them!
Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
HOW DO WE SHIP?
While we wish we could get you your products without any shipping waste, unfortunately that isn't the reality. So we've taken extra measures to ensure the packaging we use is eco-friendly, biodegradable and plastic-free whenever and wherever possible.
If you do receive any packaging materials that aren't "eco-friendly", it's because we are reusing those materials from something else we've received along the way.
In an effort to reduce environmental impact and landfill waste, we avoid plastic whenever possible and any unnecessary 'extra' packaging . Any containers and packaging we do produce can be recycled or re-used in other creative ways.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Please note, orders will arrive 5 to 10 business day. You should receive an email order notification for your order. Orders over $80 will have a tracking number to track your shipment.
For International shipping buyer is responsable for Customs, Duties & Taxes.
HANDMADE REFILL ROAD SOAPS
Our soaps are more than "JUST SOAP", because the ingredients we use are premium quality ingredients, so it turns the already moisturizing soap bars into specialty soaps designed to do more for your body than just clean. All of our soaps are carefully handmade with high-quality, luxurious oils, essential oils & herbs. This soap will produce an amazing lather and your skin will feel clean and pampered - not stripped and dry, without using too much.
Our soaps are made in small batches and we cut them by hand so sizes and weights may vary. Please be aware that the color of the bar you receive may differ slightly to those shown in the pictures.
